The Firm has its foundation and routes in the area of Mental Health Law with a long heritage of representation within the Midlands area. We provide a full range of representation across those who are detained on Section both forensic and non-forensic and this remains going to date.
We represent clients detained under section in psychiatric units in both forensic and non-forensic settings, as well as those in the community on a community treatment order. Our coverage extends to all the East and West midlands
Our specialist team offer advice and assistance in all matters arising under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, with particular expertise on representing those who are deprived of their liberty in a care setting.
